CHF ACCESS is designed to provide a Second Mortgage in conjunction with an FHA First Mortgage, in order to assist qualifying homebuyers with their down payment and/or closing costs when purchasing a home. It is available through First Mortgage Corporation, wholesale and retail divisions, for home purchases in California.

CHF will be hosting several free training classes for lenders, brokers and realtors during the month of March. Topics will include how Mortgage Credit Certificates (MCCs) and the CHF ACCESS downpayment assistance programs can be a win-win for homebuyers and real estate professionals. Lender Participation

The program is currently available exclusively through First Mortgage Corporation (FMC), wholesale and retail divisions.

Mortgage brokers interested in participating in CHF ACCESS are directed to contact the appropriate FMC Wholesale Office to obtain information and/or a broker application package.
